Apps & Baskets

STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
Mushroom caps stuffed with savory Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese and lightly seasoned breadcrumbs.


CHICKEN TENDERS:
Tender all-white-meat chicken, breaded and served with your choice of (8) dipping sauces (Hot, Medium, Mild, BBQ, Cannonball BBQ, Cajun, Tangy Gold and Teriyaki Sesame) and bleu cheese.*


NACHOS:
Warm, crispy, golden corn chips served with salsa and sour cream. Topped with a blend of creamy melted cheeses, diced tomatoes, onion, black olives & jalapeños. (You can add guacamole, chicken, or pulled pork)

CHICKEN QUESADILLA:
Grilled flour tortillas brimming with a blend of melted cheeses, chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Served with salsa, sour cream, and hand-smashed guacamole.*


ARANCINI BALLS:
Homemade risotto filled with piping-hot mozzarella. Flash-fried and served with a rich traditional pesto.


MEDITERRANEAN APPETIZER PLATTER:
Toasted pitas accompanied by roasted garlic hummus, pepperoncini, fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and plump Kalamata olives.


CREAMY SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP:
A warm crock of creamy spinach, tender artichoke and melted cheeses, served with crispy tortilla chips.


MOZZARELLA STICKS:
Golden-fried and served with a tasty marinara sauce.


FRIES:
Hand-cut fries served with your choice of (3) dipping sauces (Garlic Aioli, Sriracha Aioli, or Chipotle Aioli ).


Salads

Grilled or crispy chicken can be added to any salad


BACON CAESAR SALAD:
Crisp romaine and Parmesan tossed in a garlic Caesar dressing, topped with crispy bacon.*


SEASONAL SPINACH SALAD:
A mixture of tender baby spinach and baby kale, topped with fresh strawberries, Gorgonzola, and toasted pecans, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.


ASIAN SESAME SALAD:
Mixed field greens, mandarin oranges, cashews, and fresh red bell peppers, topped with sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips, served with our homemade sesame vinaigrette.


HELIUM SALAD:
Mixed field greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrot ribbons in a honey vinaigrette.


Entrees


GRILLED SESAME SALMON:
Light and flaky sesame-encrusted salmon served with bok choy, tossed in a light wasabi sauce. Served with roasted red potatoes.


GNOCCHI WITH ZUCCHINI:
Pasta pillows and tender zucchini dressed with a fresh tomato basil cream sauce.


GRILLED HANGAR STEAK:
Juicy hangar steak, maître d’ butter, served with sea salt fries and sautéed seasonal vegetables.


CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA:
Penne pasta tossed in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, topped with blackened Cajun chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and Asiago cheese.

Sandwiches

Served with kettle chips. (Can be substituted with fries)

BBQ CHICKEN:
Grilled chicken breast with melted cheddar cheese, fried onions, and tangy bbq sauce.*


STEAK BURGER:
Hearty sirloin grilled to order on a toasted Kaiser roll. Served with LT&O and your choice of cheese.*


BEEF ON WECK:
Thinly sliced roast beef, piled high on a salted caraway bun, with horseradish and au jus.*


‘BELLO BURGER:
Balsamic-marinated portobello mushroom topped with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, and provolone cheese. Served on a toasted Kaiser roll with LT&O. Garlic chipotle aioli served on the side.


TURKEY CAPRESE:
Hand-carved turkey on grilled multi-grain bread with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.*


Flatbread Pizzas


BBQ PULLED PORK:
Smoky shredded pork loin topped with red onion, cheddar jack cheese, and bbq sauce.*


GARLIC PESTO:
Hand-pressed flatbread adorned with fresh mozzarella, arugula, balsamic onions, and roasted red peppers. (Grilled Chicken is optional)


Desserts


FRIED DOUGH À LA MODE:
Fried dough dusted with cinnamon and confectioner’s sugar, served with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream.


HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL PIE:
Decadent peanut butter and fudge, blended into sweet cream cheese filling, served in an Oreo pie crust.


MOLTEN LAVA CAKE:
Warm chocolate cake oozing with chocolate magma, topped with whipped cream and accompanied by French vanilla ice cream.


FRUIT & CREAM:
Puffed pastry loaded with seasonal fruits, topped with whipped cream.
